Hello, I run a gym in Korea that specializes in personal training. I’ve used the metal flat scrapers, difficult to use , you have to angle it just so to get to the area . It’s user for PT’S to use on a person .
This one is smooth , glides easy and the bonus is the heat .
3 temperatures, just enough to relax the area .

Excellent tools for applying gua-sha. Heat and vibration are a nice touch. Use the big one for large areas of the body and the small one otherwise. The big one's carrying case is roomy enough for both.

I am using the the warm scraper tool for plantar fasciitis which is easy to use by yourself. But I also pulled my back and trying to use it on my lower back, which is difficult to do by yourself. The heat is a special bonus, which I think helps a muscle/ligaments to relax and feels great!

The mini scaper only worked a few times. When I cleaned it between clients, it wouldn't turn off and now the electronics are misfunctioning. It was surface cleaned and not soaked in water. How is it supposed to be used professionally if it cannot be cleaned??

As a massage therapist, I have been using the mini scrapper along with the larger heated scrapper, this is a game changer when working with my clients. Heat is our friend and this little tool does big things regarding our clients muscles and tendons, it is a lot easier working with the body to dissipate the tightness all around. I would recommend to make the tool hotter if all possible . I always recommend to my clients to purchase as well, so they can duplicate at home when their body is feeling tight.
