I love the heat. I am a massage therapist and my hands needed this! I have also used it on 4 customers at work. 1 loved use on hands, 1 didnt at all on hands or forearms, 1 was just “meh” and another I used on a VERY tight neck and she came in barely able to turn her head. Used it on her face down to help break up the severe tension to help prevent extra wear on my hands. It worked. Customer could turn her head after. My only dislike is that you cannot turn off the vibration. The vibration made it hard for me to sense what I was scraping over (if it wasnt apparent). With a reg scraping tool you can feel the “crunchy” spots or if you accidentally hit a bone. The vibration can mask that. It’s the only thing preventing me from buying the bigger version. But very happy I got this for my own hands and will use it on the occasional customer where applying that direct heat and scraping can help me do my job a little easier with my own hands after.

It works amazingly well for releasing deep fascia.
If you gently roll out the tight muscles first and then follow up with manual massage, the tension goes away quickly.

Great tool to use. Needs some oil so that there isn't too much friction against the skin. However, within a week, the heat from the metal part had melted the rubber of the black part. The black part is sticky and disintegrating already. So the black part sticks to my skin, making a mess.

My clients are loving these heated scrapers. The results come much faster and more completely than hands-only massage. For example, this week I had a 57 yo male who's on his feet 18 hrs a day, hasn't been able to feel his feet for several years.
